Rogue runes are special items you can uncover in WoW Classic Season of Discovery (SoD), enhancing your abilities or granting new ones when equipped to your chest, gloves, or pants slots. Shadowstrike

This rune allows you to teleport behind enemies and deal damage. Acquire it by completing a quest from your class trainer (at least lvl 2) in your starting zone. Locations vary by race and quest:

Alliance: Dun Morogh (30.8, 80.1), Elwynn Forest (52.5, 51.9), Teldrassil (59.7, 42.6)

Horde: Durotar (43.2, 69.6), Tirisfal Glades (32.5, 65.6 - Get the quest, then head east and slightly south)

Slaughter from the Shadows

Increases damage and critical strike chance while stealthed. Obtain it from a quest in your capital city:

Alliance: Dun Morogh (46.9, 52.0), Elwynn Forest (46.3, 62.1), Teldrassil (Ban’ethil Barrow Den)

Horde: Durotar (54.0, 27.4), Tirisfal Glades (52, 26)

Quick Draw

Grants a ranged attack that can stun targets. Collect map pieces from pirates in specific zones:

Alliance: Dun Morogh, Elwynn Forest, Teldrassil

Horde: Durotar, Tirisfal Glades

Mutilate

Unleashes a dual-wield attack dealing extra damage to poisoned targets:

Alliance: Dun Morogh (Dark Iron Spy), Elwynn Forest (Garrick Padfoot), Teldrassil (Lord Melenas)

Horde: Durotar (Burning Blade orcs), Tirisfal Glades (Captain Perrine)

Between the Eyes

Provides a ranged attack with critical and stun capabilities. Find Rune of Precision in specific chests:

Alliance: IronForge, Stormwind City, Teldrassil

Horde: Orgrimmar, Tirisfal Glades

Blade Dance

Grants a whirlwind attack hitting nearby enemies. Discover Rune of Blade Dance in chests at specific locations:

Alliance: Darkshore, Loch Modan, Westfall

Horde: The Barrens

Envenom

Unleashes a finishing move based on combo points and target poisons. Acquire it from Durnholde Keep in Hillsbrad Foothills.

Main Gauche

Offers a chance for extra damage with your off-hand weapon. Complete tasks for Grizzby in Ratchet, The Barrens, to obtain this rune.

Deadly Brew

Chance to apply a deadly poison with non-damaging poisons. Acquire it through a quest or at level 22, with Distract and Vanish.

Shiv

Provides a melee attack with concentrated non-lethal poison. Find it in Yorgen’s Farm in Duskwood.

Just a Flesh Wound

Chance to survive fatal blows and heal. Obtain by reaching Friendly reputation with the Azeroth Commerce Authority faction.

Saber Slash

This rune is missing from the guide.
